Description
CARB maintains a list of the Global Warming Potential (GWP) figures for the most common refrigerants regulated under their Refrigerant Management Program. This includes refrigerants that are ozone-depleting substances or have a GWP that is greater than 150 (using AR4 GWP values).

When to use
When calculating emissions generated from refrigerant leaks resulting from normal operations, initial refrigerant supply, or the recovery of refrigerant applications.
Limitations
The table provided by CARB does not list all refrigerants regulated under the RMP or newer alternatives to refrigerants that may be subject to regulation that have yet to be added to the table.
